Due to weight and volume restrictions, some of our products may not be eligible for local pickup.
EVRi currently has over 8500 collection locations and is continuously working on expanding this further by partnering with Post Offices and creating locker collection points.
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, we are unable to change the collection point. Details of the collection point can be found in your account or on your order confirmation to help in making travel arrangements to collect.
You will receive an email confirming your parcel’s delivery to your chosen shop/location. Show this email and a physical form of identification with a matching name to the parcel (photocopies or images will not be accepted).
If you have the tracking number, you can track your delivery to the chosen shop/location here. If you haven’t received any tracking details or updates, contact Bulk Customer Service here.
Once your parcel has been delivered to the shop, you will have 10 days to collect it before it is returned to Bulk.
There are two possible reasons:
– The parcel was not collected within 10 days of its delivery.
– The parcel couldn’t be delivered to your selected shop/location.
Once your order has been returned to Bulk, we will process a refund for you. Alternatively, contact us before it is returned if you would like your refund sooner.
