How to return your order
We completely understand that sometimes things change, and you may want to return an item to us. If you do decide to return something, please send it to our dedicated returns address within 30 days of receiving it.
Please keep in mind that we can’t accept returns for items that have been opened or partially used. Here’s our returns address:

Just a little note: for standard returns, we’re unable to cover the cost of return postage. When you send the items back, please include a covering note with your order number, name, and the reason for the return. This will help us process your return smoothly.
I don’t like the smell – can I send it back?
At Shvanthi, we understand that everyone has unique smells/fragrances and preferences. We want to share a few guidelines with you to ensure you have the best experience with our products.
Once a product has been opened and partially consumed, we are unable to exchange it for a different product or provide a refund. To avoid any inconvenience, especially if you’re trying our products for the first time, we highly recommend starting with a smaller product like cream before committing to a larger order.

Shvanthi Sets Returns
Because we are so confident you will enjoy our Sets/Combo products you can return these opened!
So long as an unreasonable amount isn’t consumed (less than a quarter) you can send back your opened containers with lids to us and we will refund the item as a credit in you Shvanthi account!
Make sure you create an account before it comes back to us and you will be credited within 30 days after receiving it.
Simply box up your product and send it back, all you need to make sure is you note your order number on or in the box.
My order has been returned by the courier – what happens now?
If your parcel has been returned to Shvanthi because you were not available to accept the delivery, the cost of your order plus postage will be refunded to the initial payment method used as soon as your parcel arrives back with us.

When will I get my refund?
Once your goods have been returned to us, we will check to make sure that they meet the returns guidelines and then process your refund. Please note that all refunds will go back to the original payment method used.
Please allow up to 10 days from the day we received the item, for this payment to be received into your account. This refund can also be dependant on the length of time it takes your bank to process the payment.
Can I send my item back for an exchange?
At Shvanthi we are unable to offer an exchange service.
